Cozonac cu stafide
500g faina
25g drojdie
250ml lapte
150g unt
zahar vanilat
Amestecam faina cu untul topit, drojdia, laptele si zaharul vanilat si stafidele. Framantam aluatul!
Dupa ce a crescut (30 de minute, intr-un loc cald) rulam aluatul si il bagam la cuptorul incins la 180 de grade. In aproximativ 40 de minute vom avea o minunatie de cozonac!
