Salata de paste

Ce ne trebuie:

300g paste “farfalle”
3 rosii
250g mozzarella
50g masline negre (fara samburi)
4 acciughe in ulei
ulei de masline, busuioc pentru gust

Fierbem pastele si le lasam sa se raceasca. In acest timp curatam rosiile de coaja, dupa ce le-am oparit in apa clocotita cateva secunde.  Aceasta operatiune ajuta la o buna decojire.  Eliminam semintele rosiilor, apoi le adaugam intr-un castron de salata, impreuna cu pastele, maslinele taiate rondele, bucati de acciughe, uleiul si frunzele de busuioc. Amestecam totul si adaugam sare dupa gust.
