-50ml ulei de masline
-sare,piper
-2 foi de dafin,cimbru
preparare:
-cartofii curatati si taiati rondele,cuburi sau
sferturi(cum doriti)se dau un clocot in apa cu sare
foi de dafin si cimbru.
-ciolanul afumat se pune intr-un vas,cartofii prefierti
langa acesta,condimentam,stropim cu ulei si cu putin vin
-acoperim vasul cu folie de staniol si dam la cuptor aprox
o ora.
