400g fasole alba
200g costita afumata
3 morcovi potriviti
1 ceapa mare
3 ardei grasi
3 patrunjel radacina
5 rosii potrivite
sare, verdeturi,

<p><strong>Ce ne trebuie:</strong><br />
400g fasole alba<br />
200g costita afumata<br />

5 rosii potrivite<br />
sare, verdeturi,</p>

<p>Curatam fasolea de corpurile straine si o punem la fiert. Schimbam apa de doua ori la interval de 10 minute.</p>
<p>Tocam ceapa, morcovul, patrunjelul alaturi de costita afumata taiata exact ca in imaginile de mai jos. Le calim aproximativ 10 minute la foc mic.</p>
<p>Dupa ce am fiert fasolea in doua ape, adaugam prajeala si rosiile decojote si taiate cubulete  si lasam sa fiarba pana cand consideram ca fasolea a fiert.</p>
<p>La final adaugam sarea si verdeturile. Poti sa folosesti marar, patrunjel verde, frunze de telina, combinate. Ciorba va avea o aroma deosebita!<span id="more-16"></span></p>
