Avem nevoie de :
2 cepe mari
2 morcovi mari
2 ardei gras
1 pastranac
1 patrunjel radacina
200g carne macianata
1 cana de orez
1 ou
frunze de telina, patrunjel, leustean
4 rosii proaspete

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Ciorba de perisoare este o veche traditie in familia noastra. Reteta asta o am de la mama, in timp am mai adaugat cate ceva la ea.</p>
<p>Avem nevoie de :<br />
2 cepe mari<br />
2 morcovi mari<br />
2 ardei gras<br />
1 pastranac<br />
1 patrunjel radacina<br />
200g carne macianata<br />
1 cana de orez<br />
1 ou<br />
frunze de telina, patrunjel, leustean<br />
4 rosii proaspete</p>
<p>Incepem cu ceapa pe care o tocam marunt alaturi de ardeul gras  si le calim la foc mic.<br />
Adaugam apa si lasam la fiert, la foc moderat. Adaugam zarzavaturile si carnea de perisoare, cand apa a inceput sa fiarba. Adaugam rosiile taiate cubulete doar dupa ce a fiert orezul.<span id="more-33"></span></p>
<p>Personal imi place sa fac perisoarele de forma unui Rafaello, astfel orezul fierbe in totalitate.</p>
<p>La final adaugam verdeata tocata marunt si acoperim oala  cu un capac. Dupa preferinta, poti sa folosesti  zeama de varza sau otet.<strong> Ciorba de perisoare merge bine cu o lingura de smantana! </strong></p>
