Punem ciupercile la foc intr-o lingura de ulei si apa si putina sare. Amestecam pana cand acestea incep sa-si lase zeama. Adaugam jumatate don smantana pregatita pentru aceasta reteta si o lingura de faina. Lasam totul la foc mic inca 3-4 minute.

<p>Taiem pieptul de pui cubulete si il asezam intr-o tava unsa cu unt. Adaugam  ciupercile, cascavalul ras. Peste aceasta compozitie turnam smantana ramasa.</p>
<p>Lasam compozitia la cuptor aproximativ  30 de minute.</p>
