4 kg castraveti
1 catel de usturoi

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>A venit toamna si trebuie sa ne ocupam de camara noastra. Reteta de castraveti murati de mai jos este foarte simpla si la indemana fiecaruia.</p>
<p>Avem nevoie de:</p>
<p>4 kg castraveti<br />
1 catel de usturoi<br />
foi de dafin, piper boabe, sare, hrean.</p>
<p>Fierbem apa alaturi de foile de dafin, piperul si sarea ( aproximativ 50 g la un litru de apa) si dupa ce a dat in clocot, o lasam sa &#8220;adune&#8221; timp de 5 de minute.</p>
<p>Intre timp am curatat ustoroiul si hreanul radacina. Adaugam castravetii in borcan, intodeauna in pozitia verticala si printre ei punem usturoi si fasiile de hrean.</p>
<p>Ca o recomandare, tulpina de marar  ajuta la o pastrare mai buna a castravetilor si confera un gust deosebit.</p>
<p>Dupa ce am terminat cu umplerea borcanelor, adaugam saramura fierbinte, acoperim borcanele cu carpe ude si le lasam pana a doua zi.</p>
<p>Dupa ce au stat o zi, acoperim borcanele cu celofan sau capace.</p>
