3 lingurite mustar dulce
maioneza preparata in casa
sare, piper

<p>Avem nevoie de:</p>
<p>10 oua<br />
200 g pate de ficat<br />
3 lingurite mustar dulce<br />
maioneza preparata in casa<br />
sare, piper</p>
<p>Fierbem ouale foarte tari. Dupa ce s-au radcit le decojim si le taiem in jumatate pe lungime. ( In timpul alocat fierberii oualelor putem prepara maioneza)</p>
<p>Scoatem galbenusurile intr-un bol, adaugam pateul, sarea, pieperul si mustarul. Le zdrobim foarte bine cu furculita pana cand obtinem o pasta omogena.</p>
<p>Umplem galbenusurile cu pasta obtinuta si dupa gust putem presara patrunjel verde tocat foarte mult.</p>
<p>Peste ouale umplute adaugam un strat de maioneza. Le pastram la frigider!</p>
