			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Am folosit 500gr faina, 1 pachet de drojdie uscata, 1 pahar cu apa calduta, 1 lingura cu zahaar, o linguraa de sare, 1/2 pahar ulei, 3 oua.</p>
<p>Am amestecat intr-un castron paharul cu apaa, drojdia, zaharul, sarea si  2 linguri de faina.  Atentie sa nu ramana cocolose. Am lasat maglavaisul asta sa creasca vreo 10 minute. Am aflat ca amestecul se numeste MAIA.</p>
<p>Dupa 10 minute de as,teptare am adaugat 2 oua, uleiul si faina. La inceput am amestecat totul cu lingura apoi am trecut la framantat. Aluatul nu trebuie sa  se lipeasca  de mana. Rabdare multa  la framantat, eu am stat cu mainile in aluat vreo 20 de minute. Aluatul rezultat l-am lasat la crescut mai bine de o ora.  Nu am incalzit cuptorul la inceput lasand painea sa creasca  frumos in timp ce se cocea.  Din cand in cand am mai aruncat un ochi in cuptor sa  vad ce face painea. Cand am vazut ca prinde crusta  am batut un ou, am uns painea si am dat-o inapoi la cuptor. Dupa  30 de minute painea a fost gata.</p>
