<p>In acest timp preparam sosul de rosii, la care adaugam usturoiul tocat marunt, sarea si piperul, busuiocul&#8230;</p>
<p>Intr-o tava asezam un strat din vinetele prospat trecute prin grill, apoi cateva linguri sin sosul de rosii proaspat preparat, un strat de parmezan ras. Repetam aceasta operatiune pana cand vinetele prajite sunt terminate. Adaugam totul la cuptor pentru 15 minute.</p>
