1 graunte usturoi
5 acciughe
3 linguri ulei de masline
1 ardei iute
sare, patrunjel verde.
Curatam conopida, o desfacem bucatele si o adaugam peste apa clocotita timp de 6 minute. Acoperim oala cu un capac.
Intr-o tigaie adaugam uleiul, usturoiul si acciughele maruntite, distuim la foc mic apoi adaugam ardeiul iute maruntit, [...]]]></description>

<p>Intr-o tigaie adaugam uleiul, usturoiul si acciughele maruntite, distuim la foc mic apoi adaugam ardeiul iute maruntit, dupa ce in prealabil l-am curatat de seminte. Adaugam rosiile si fierbem compozitia timp de 5 minute.</p>
<p>Peste pastele prospat fierte adaugam sosul,  conopida si patrunjelul tocat foarte marunt. Mestecam bine si pastele sunt gata!</p>

Intr-un vas mai mare, amestecam pastele cu prosciutto taiat fasii subtiri, smantana, ouale, Emmenthaler, sarea si piperul si eventuala verdeata.
