Avem nevoie de :
picioare de porc
1 morcov
foi de dafin
piper boabe
3 catei de usturoi.
Spalam foarte bine picioarele de porc, se dau in clocot si aruncam apa.
Apoi le punem la fiert impreuna cu morcovii taiati rondele, foile de dafin si piperul. (usturoiul il pun intodeauna spre final)

<p>Se fierb pana cand canea este fiarta, la foc incet. ( Adaugam sare dupa gust)</p>
<p>Asezam carnea fiarta in castroane si turnam zeama peste ele.</p>
<p>Le asezam la loc rece, preferabil intr-o camara.</p>
