<p>mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Se bat ca pentru chec albusurile dupa ce in prealabil au fost separate de galbenusuri. Se adauga zaharul treptat si se bat pana cand poti intoarce bolul fara sa pice nimic din el. Se adauga apoi faina, esentele si cacaoa la urma si se amesteca totul foarte bine.<br />
Intre timp se amesteca galbenusurile cu un pic de ulei, compozitie ce va fi pusa peste albusuri<br />
Se pune toata compozitia intr`o tava unsa cu ulei, pe care a fost aplicata niste hartie de copt pentru a nu se arde.<br />
Se baga la cuptor, care a fost incalzit in prealabil si se lasa la foc mic<br />
Verificam cu o scobitoare stradiul coacerii. Daca nu ramane nimic pe ea, inseamna ca e gata</p>
<p>Pentru glazura, punem margarina, zaharul si laptele la foc mic si lasam sa fiarba pana da semne ca se intaraste. Asteptam sa se raceasca si sa capete un pic de consistenta si se pune peste. Se arunca la misto cocos dupa bunu` plac.</p>
