1 cana faina, 2 oua, 1 lingura lapte praf, 1 cana de lapte, un “varf de cutit” de sare, 1 lingura de zahar, ulei.</p>
<p>Ce facem? Punem intr-un castron faina, adaugam ouale, sarea, zaharul si laptele. Amestecam foarte bine totul de preferinta cu un mixer de bucatarie, in lipsa cu o furculita, pana cand toate cocoloasele au disparut. Compozitia trebuie sa fie de consistenta unei smantani subtiri.<br />
Secretul unei clatite bune, tine si de tigaie, alegeti intodeauna o tigaie cu cu “fund subtire”, cu coada.<br />
Clatitele se pot “umple” cu tot ce va trece prin cap. Personal urasc dulceata, asa ca prefer clatitele cu cascaval. Pofta buna</p>
